Service Coordination

Quality Assurance
MJ Community Services provides comprehensive quality assurance and compliance oversight to help housing providers maintain program integrity, meet regulatory requirements, and maximize funding opportunities.
Our team manages the review, preparation, and timely submission of all required HUD reports and grant documentation, including Standards for Success, Training Logs, Annual Quality Assurance Reports, Logic Models, Financial Status Reports, grant extension requests, and supporting budgets.
Grant Administration
MJ Community Services helps affordable housing providers successfully manage resident services funding from application through implementation. We partner with owners and operators to navigate regulatory requirements, align resources with organizational goals, and build programs that deliver measurable results for residents and communities.
